MTP Mobile App Dashlet

The MTP Mobile App dashlet shows the metrics it gathers about the status of the communication between the MTP Mobile App and MTP Cloud.

The percentage of OS distribution shows the percentage of the total devices that are on each platform.

The boxes indicate the count and status for MTP Mobile App deployments:

Not Installed: Devices that do not have the MTP Mobile App installed. These are devices that are registered with the EMM.
Not Checking in: Devices with the MTP Mobile App installed but that have not communicated with MTP Cloud for 24 hours or longer.
Checking in: Devices with the MTP Mobile App installed that have communicated with MTP Cloud within the past 24 hours.

To identify devices that are not checking in, use the Devices tab. See Manage Devices.
