Enable Mobile Device Monitoring Using MTP Mobile App

Before your Org can use the MTP Mobile App, you need to enable it.

Tip: If you will use an EMM to deploy the MTP Mobile App, make sure it is set up in the Admin > Organization tab and configured in the Admin > EMM tab.

To enable the MTP Mobile App for an Organization

1. Go to the Admin > Organization tab.
2. In the MTP Mobile App section, click Enable MTP Mobile App.
3. Select one or both device platforms.
4. Click Save Configuration.

Once this is enabled, the Admin > MTP Mobile App tab becomes available.
