Appthority API
Appthority MTP provides a REST API for our customers and partners, located at https://api.appthority.com
.
The documentation for the API is published at https://apidoc.appthority.com
. Click SIGN UP at upper right and fill out the form to request access.
A single access key is tied to a single user and a single account.
Currently the following actions are supported:
GET
- PCAP data for an app
- An app report in JSON format
- List of apps that triggered a particular TI
- List of devices that triggered a particular TI
- All app versions of a specified app from the Appthority App Catalog (global scope, not Org scope)
- App Policies violated by a specified app
- Threat Indicators triggered by a specified app, either all or only active or inactive
- List of all policies, all App Policies, or all Device Policies, whether active or inactive
- List of all apps that violate a specified App Policy
- List of all devices that violate a specified Device Policy
- List of all Threat Indicators, either all or only active or inactive
POST
- Given a package name, platform, and version, requests an app analysis
- Returns all apps that violate a policy
Known Issues
- The Sideloaded Malware MTT Policy is currently not returned by the API calls.
- RESOLVED as of 12Apr2018: There are cookie issues when using MTP Manager and
apidoc.appthority.com
from the same browser. The recommendation is to open theapidoc.appthority.com
site in incognito mode.
