Manage Users

Users in Appthority MTP can have different permissions to support various activities. These permissions are managed using account types, also called user roles, in the Admin > Users tab.

User Account Types

Appthority MTP provides the following account types for customers:

Org Admin users can create and manage all objects in an Organization, including user accounts.
Policy Admin users can create policies and view apps and devices.
Standard users can add apps and view the app analysis information.
API users have access to the Appthority MTP API.

Tip: Appthority has an internal Appthority Admin role for setting up Organizations and various other "behind-the-scenes" activities. Your Customer Success Manager can help you should you need a new Organization.

To add or remove a user

To add a new user account, you send them an email invitation. See Add Users to an Organization.
To remove a user account, click Remove User (the X button).
